ORDERS

  • Kindly ensure that the product(s), size, colour have been entered correctly before checking out. 
  • Kindly ensure the full and correct address is provided. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
  • All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
  • Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  • PRE-ORDER
    • Pre-orders cannot be canceled and are not refundable.
    • Pre-order item are being shipped approximately 10-20 working days after purchase. . 
    • For delayed pre-orders, cancellations of orders are not applicable.
    • Any changes in time arrival of stock or if the pre-order item is out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) after placing a successful order, you will be notified separately through email.
    • If the pre-order item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued accordingly.
    • If your order consists of both in-stock & preorder item(s), we will ship together once pre-order item(s) arrived. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate order at checkout. 
  • Pickles Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as: 
    • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
    • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
    • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity

PAYMENT

  • We only accept payment via Online Banking. Payment gateway partner: Billplz
  • Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to Billplz payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately via the Billplz popup page to secure your order.
  • All orders will automatically be cancelled if no payment is made within 24 hours.


DELIVERY

  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (ready stock) upon payment verification. 
  • The delivery will be fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout page.
  • For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from courier company) is cleared, we will make the refund in the same payment method used for your purchase. (Remarks: Your parcel delivery are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers) 
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

MEASUREMENT/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEM

  • All item colour may vary subject to studio lighting. There may be slight colour variation in actual item vs item image. Colour may appear darker or lighter and will not be considered defective. 
  • Actual item measurement may vary from 1cm to 2cm in measurement subject to different material quality and measurement method and will not be considered defective.


RETURN & REFUND

  • You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Pickles Studio. 
  • We do not accept return of product unless you receive defective or wrong item(s).
  • The items must have all their labels and be in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
  • Returns that do not meet our Exchanges & Return Policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • You’ll receive the refund in the same payment method used for your purchase once your return is confirmed.
